Today I found out Brock Lesnar has that stomach bug thing back that kept him out last year and will not be fighting Dos Santos in the Ultimate Fighter finale next month. (This years series has been good as well, but they did sit down to decide the quarter finals matches on Dana's couch as a bit too friendly-did they all know?) Anyway, Shane Carwin is filling in for Brock.

On another note, I am a big fan of the American Office with Steve Carrel as their "David Brent" but he is called Michael Scott. He left a few weeks ago and who have they got to replace the legend of Michael Scott??? WILL FERRELL! He is boss, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a buzz.

I'm not an massive fan of the Office, but I do like Will Ferrell.

Lesnar dropping out is a massive loss. However, I fuckign hate Carwin so I'll be more than happy to see JDS kick his arse then set up a monster fight between Cain and JDS, both young and undefeated, for the title. That's the future right there.

How much of a nice fella is Dos Santos?I wont spoil it for you in case you havent seen it yet,but the coaches challlenge is good this year.

I've given up on watching it this year now that I know the JDS v Brock fight is off. I'm fed up of the format and none of the fighters seem exciting outside of Ramsey.

On the plus side, the new Tough Enough has been good.

I am completely the opposite,I gave up on Tough Enough after episode 2.
