For the 4th year running I am taking part in the kids school fun run later. Not being as skinny and fit as I once was I am propably going to drop the "fun" part of the title! See you in fours hours with my medal and severe breath shortage!  |

Turned into a Vietnam war film scene! Imagine the whole school plus fatty parents like me all running down a quite narrow pavement on a slight hill....a girl goes flying in front of me,gets trampled so I stop (obviously) - try and divert the oncoming tribe and pick her up and carry her to a front garden,all kids running into me full whack as they want to win.I saved her then as a teacher came over to assist me a kid came up on the road with his arm in a crazy direction! I done my bit then started off again on my sprint!

Sounds impressive.
Now I am thin I intend to do many more competive kids events myself.
