Just been told that because of countless issues they're thinking of fucking off the servers for this so you wont be able to play multiplayer anymore.

Sounds suspiciously to me like a 365 fanboy rumour.

Nope. This was the result fo a real comment issued by Activision Blizzard ( or whoever the team is), sadly, it was taken out of context, but they did say " they should just turn the servers off"

They have been referred to the trading standards commission for the shitty servers
