Like i said, something we can only think about...i agree 100% with changing the formation though. As for the youngsters; give them a chance. I've seen a bit of Shane duffy at centre half and i can guarentee he would do a better job than when neville/hibbert slots in there. we need a left winger, instead of playing osman out of position we should deffo try other options. I dream about this sorta thing
