On my dads grave its the truth.
My mam has the paper in her room, and I think she's in bed.
Its total bollocks though. It was in the Star too, but didn't mention my name, just said "his two pals".
For the record, I was on the train for when it happened, not even in the city.
My name was mentioned in court, but it was only in a question, "do you know ******". Ive been onto the lad who done it as he's a mate from football.

And now the family have had their appeal heard yesterday and The Sun now print my name :/ I didn't do anything, and the Salzburg Police know I didnt. The Star printed the same story (which I cant find) today and mentioned noone's name apart from Kelly.
Its aload of bollocks, which is why im getting legal advice

From what Im being told is that whatever is said in court can be reported on and cant be held as libel, as a court room is basically a free-zone. So if they mentioned that I "punched and stamped" on the lad who was helping, then I cant sue/win. But from talking to Kelly, they only asked him if they knew me, and that's it :?
