Have hit the exercise bike for 110k over 3 days, that's the equivalent of Liverpool to Leeds. I did this in just over 3 hours.
Now me dodgy right knee is killing me.
And I didn't even get the benefit of having traveled anywhere!

That's impressive, would have been a lot more fun if you had rode a proper bike to leeds, scenery and all that, but i'm impressed.
