Wasted 1 and a half hours watching this today 
Rutger Hauer as a typical tramp who hitched a ride on a open train carriage with a bag on a stick over his shoulder with a bag on it.
Turns up in "Fuck Town" and sees that the place is aptly named.
Gets a shotgun and cleans Fuck Town right up.
Some of the worse special effects I have seen. Even the first 5 minutes the baddies have a fellas head in a street man hole. When he is screaming for mercy the "metal" cover is moving like rubber!
In fact, watch this film and laugh how bad it is. The baddies get another chap on the front of a bumper car and two other bumpers cars crash on it causing his head to explode!
