I have been watching another Man U+Ref win on the PC and my wife is on the ITV Catchup watching Jim "so it is" McDonald hold up a bank! He answered the banks phone after the Police arrived with "YES, THIS IS THE GUNMAN!" UPDATE: He is rambling on about This Is Your Life on a CCTV now!  |

He let all the bank hostages go after a tearful phonecall from ex-wife Liz. He then set himself up to blow himslef away in the empty bank..... Liz was ringing and ringing but Jim was just looking at the phone.... "PLEASE JIM, PICK UP THE PHONE" The tension was unbearable, but Jim decided to take this last call. "DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID JIM, PUT THE GUN DOWN AND WALK OUT" "I've let you down again Liz, so I have""JIM MCDONALD - I LOVE YOU AND NEED YOU" To which he puts the gun down and walks out and surrenders.  "See you in 5 years, so I will!" |

He was sacked for turning up pissed (so he was) but still made occasional appearances for family based storylines I think.
This storyline was GOLD though!
